In our Sports Infrastructure Division, Dolphin Enterprise has built a core team of experienced designers, engineers, project managers, installers, and specialized suppliers. We work closely with EPC contractors and clients to ensure timely delivery. MEENU KOUL - CEO

Leadership & Vision

Mrs. Meenu Koul, CEO and Primary Promoter of Dolphin Enterprise, is the driving force behind the company’s growth and purpose. It was her vision to bring global-standard products & combine with professional technical team which laid the foundation of the company. It was her vision to make sports facilities available at the grassroots level—to schools, colleges, and clubs—at affordable prices, which led to the creation of the Sports Infrastructure Division of Dolphin Enterprise.

Her dream has become the mission of Team Dolphin, continuing to inspire and energize us every day. Mrs. Koul remains deeply involved in the grassroots sports ecosystem, actively engaging with institutions at the school, college, and club levels to understand needs and provide meaningful solutions.

A passionate advocate of the "Make in India" movement, she has played a pivotal role in developing a strong domestic supply chain. Under her guidance, several Indian manufacturers have been empowered to produce world-class sports products, thanks to her inputs, feedback, and mentorship.

Her leadership reflects a unique blend of vision, commitment, and hands-on involvement, shaping not just the company, but also contributing meaningfully to the advancement of grassroots sports in India.

MANJU HAKHOO - CFO

Ms. Manju Hakhoo is passionate for new technologies & innovations and this helps Dolphin Enterprise to stay ahead of the competition & bring value to our customers. She saw the opportunity for an organised player in utterly chaotic waterproofing industry which was run by unorganised players. Though the manufacturers were professinally managed companies, the service providers were not reliable. Under her guidance, the company has tied up with leading manufacturers for the supply of global quality products. She has also created a team of trained & professional technicians for apllication of these products.

Bownesh Bambroo - National Manager - Sales & Marketing

Mr. Bownesh Bambroo brings over 25 years of rich experience in the sales of construction and infrastructure products. Before entering the sports infrastructure industry, he held key positions with some of the most respected names in the sector, including Somany Ceramics, Indo Asian, and Honeywell.

His transition into sports infrastructure marked a significant milestone, as he went on to lead major projects from concept to execution while heading Sales for Western and Central India at Great Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. During this tenure, he successfully delivered several mega sports projects, building deep industry insights and strong relationships.

Mr. Bambroo joined Dolphin Enterprise with a clear mission: to bring global-quality sports products to the Indian market at affordable prices, making them accessible to individuals, clubs, and educational institutions. His vast experience, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to our leadership team and a trusted partner for clients across segments.

Bharat Bambroo - General Manager - Operations

Mr. Bharat Kumar brings over 20 years of extensive experience in planning and executing infrastructure projects across India. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, he has managed both factory operations and on-site infrastructure development during the early years of his career.

He later joined IWL India Ltd. as the Sales Head for the Western Region, where he gained deep exposure to the waterproofing industry. His professional journey also includes impactful roles at STP Ltd. and Tikidan India, where he honed his expertise in project management, application technology, and large-scale execution.

At Dolphin Enterprise, Mr. Kumar is a core leadership member, heading nationwide operations for the Construction Chemicals and Waterproofing Division. He also oversees the in-house installation teams for both the Waterproofing and Sports Infrastructure divisions. His responsibilities include the logistics planning of manpower and material resources, ensuring efficient execution, timely delivery, and quality control across all projects.

His hands-on leadership and operational excellence are pivotal to Dolphin Enterprise’s consistent delivery of high-performance, technically sound solutions.

BHAWNA BHAT - VP Business Development

Ms. Bhawna Bhat leads the marketing and brand awareness initiatives at Dolphin Enterprise, playing a key role in shaping the company's identity and visibility in a competitive market. With extensive experience in building brands from the ground up, she has been a driving force behind the success of several prominent brands in the industry.

Her career spans across the length and breadth of India, giving her deep insights into diverse markets and consumer behaviors. Bhawna brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and creative execution to every campaign, helping Dolphin Enterprise connect meaningfully with its customers and stakeholders.

In addition to her professional achievements, she is actively involved in socially-driven initiatives, working with various groups dedicated to the upliftment of society.
