MEENU KOUL - CEO

Mrs.Meenu Koul , CEO & the Primary Promoter of Dolphin Enterprise is the driving force behind the company.

It was her dream to bring Global Standard sports facilities to grass root level - to clubs & schools at affordable prices which gave birth to the sports infrastructure division of the company.

Her dream is now the mission of Team Dolphin and it continues to inspire us & drive us everyday. She continues to be deeply involved & connected with the grass root level sports ecosystem at school, colleges & club level.

A great believer in "Make In India" theme, she has helped create a supply chain of Indian manufacturers who now produce world class sports products, thanks to her inputs, feedback, handholding & guidance.

MANJU HAKHOO - CFO

Ms. Manju Hakhoo is passionate for new technologies & innovations and this helps Dolphin Enterprise to stay ahead of the competition & bring value to our customers. She saw the opportunity for an organised player in utterly chaotic waterproofing industry which was run by unorganised players. Though the manufacturers were professinally managed companies, the service providers were not reliable. Under her guidance, the company has tied up with leading manufacturers for the supply of global quality products. She has also created a team of trained & professional technicians for apllication of these products.

Bownesh Bambroo - National Manager - Sales & Marketing

Mr.Bownesh Bambroo has a rich experience of Sales of the construction & infrastructure products for over 25 years. He has worked with reputed companies like Somany Ceramics, Indo Asian & Honeywell before joining the Sports Infra Industry. He has handled mega sports projects from concept stage to execution while heading the Sales of Western & central India for Great Sports Infa Pvt Ltd. The Primary reason of joining Dolphin enterprise was to bring global category products at affordable prices to the individuals, clubs & educational vertical.

Bharat Bambroo - General Manager - Operations

Mr.Bharat Kumar has an experience over 20 years in planning & execution of infrastructure projects. A mechanical Engineer by profession, he has handled factory operations & on-site infrastructural projects in his career before Joining IWL as sales Head for Western Region. He has also worked with STP & Tikidan and brings in huge project management & execution experience. He is a core member of Dolphin Enterprise Team & spearheads the Construction Chemical & Waterproofing operations across the country. He handles the inhouse installations teams for both Sports Infrastructure & water proofing division & is responsible for the logistic planning of men & material resouces..

BHAWNA BHAT - VP Business Development

Ms.Bhawna Bhat handles the marketing & brand awareness activities of the company. She has a vast experience in building brands from scratch as has been a key member of many successful brands in the Industry.
