Mr. Bharat Kumar brings over 20 years of extensive experience in infrastructure planning, execution, and operations across India. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, he began his career managing factory operations and on-site infrastructure development, building a strong technical foundation in project execution.
He developed deep expertise in waterproofing systems and construction chemicals during his tenure as Sales Head – Western Region at IWL India Ltd., followed by key leadership roles at STP Ltd. and Tikidan India, where he successfully managed large-scale projects and advanced application methodologies.
At Dolphin Enterprise, Mr. Kumar leads nationwide operations for the Waterproofing and Construction Chemicals Division, while also overseeing the company’s in-house installation teams for both Waterproofing and Sports Infrastructure.

His entry into the sports infrastructure domain marked a significant milestone, where he led large-scale sports projects across Western and Central India as Sales Head at Great Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd.
