Mrs. Meenu Koul is the visionary leader and driving force behind Dolphin Enterprise’s remarkable growth and purpose. Her foresight in combining global-standard products with a highly skilled professional technical team laid the foundation for the company’s excellence in both waterproofing and sports infrastructure.

A pioneer in introducing world-standard waterproofing and concrete protection systems in India, Mrs. Koul has been instrumental in developing a strong, well-trained team of professionals capable of executing technically demanding projects across the country. Under her leadership, Dolphin Enterprise has successfully delivered innovative solutions for infrastructure durability and longevity—raising industry benchmarks and earning trust across the construction and civil engineering community.

Equally passionate about the transformative power of sport, Mrs. Koul was the catalyst behind the creation of Dolphin’s Sports Infrastructure Division. Her mission: to make quality sports facilities accessible and affordable for schools, colleges, and clubs across India. What began as her vision has now become the collective mission of Team Dolphin, driving the company to create inclusive opportunities for grassroots sports development.

A strong advocate of the “Make in India” initiative, she has played a key role in building a robust domestic supply chain. Her mentorship and strategic feedback have enabled Indian manufacturers to develop world-class sports and construction products, fostering innovation and self-reliance in both sectors.

Mrs. Koul’s leadership reflects a rare blend of vision, expertise, and deep personal involvement, shaping not only the success of Dolphin Enterprise, but also making a meaningful impact on the growth of India’s infrastructure and grassroots sports ecosystem.

Ms. Manju Hakhoo is passionate for new technologies & innovations and this helps  Dolphin  Enterprise to stay ahead of the competition & bring value to our customers.  She saw the opportunity for an organised player in utterly chaotic waterproofing industry which was run by unorganised players. Though the manufacturers were professinally managed companies, the service providers were not reliable.  Under her guidance, the company has tied up with leading manufacturers for the supply of global quality products. She has also created a team of trained & professional technicians for apllication of these products. 

Mr. Bownesh Bambroo brings over 25 years of rich experience in the sales of construction and infrastructure products. Before entering the sports infrastructure industry, he held key positions with some of the most respected names in the sector, including Somany Ceramics, Indo Asian, and Honeywell.

His transition into sports infrastructure marked a significant milestone, as he went on to lead major projects from concept to execution while heading Sales for Western and Central India at Great Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. During this tenure, he successfully delivered several mega sports projects, building deep industry insights and strong relationships.

Mr. Bambroo joined Dolphin Enterprise with a clear mission: to bring global-quality sports products to the Indian market at affordable prices, making them accessible to individuals, clubs, and educational institutions. His vast experience, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to our leadership team and a trusted partner for clients across segments.

Mr. Bharat Kumar brings over 20 years of extensive experience in planning and executing infrastructure projects across India. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, he has managed both factory operations and on-site infrastructure development during the early years of his career.

He later joined IWL India Ltd. as the Sales Head for the Western Region, where he gained deep exposure to the waterproofing industry. His professional journey also includes impactful roles at STP Ltd. and Tikidan India, where he honed his expertise in project management, application technology, and large-scale execution.

At Dolphin Enterprise, Mr. Kumar is a core leadership member, heading nationwide operations for the Construction Chemicals and Waterproofing Division. He also oversees the in-house installation teams for both the Waterproofing and Sports Infrastructure divisions. His responsibilities include the logistics planning of manpower and material resources, ensuring efficient execution, timely delivery, and quality control across all projects.

His hands-on leadership and operational excellence are pivotal to Dolphin Enterprise’s consistent delivery of high-performance, technically sound solutions.

Ms. Bhawna Bhat leads the marketing and brand awareness initiatives at Dolphin Enterprise, playing a key role in shaping the company's identity and visibility in a competitive market. With extensive experience in building brands from the ground up, she has been a driving force behind the success of several prominent brands in the industry.

Her career spans across the length and breadth of India, giving her deep insights into diverse markets and consumer behaviors. Bhawna brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and creative execution to every campaign, helping Dolphin Enterprise connect meaningfully with its customers and stakeholders.
