Mrs. Meenu Koul is a visionary leader dedicated to integrating world-standard products with skilled technical execution, establishing new benchmarks in India's infrastructure sector. Championing the 'Make in India' initiative, she has empowered domestic supply chains and earned the trust of architects, contractors, and government bodies through the successful execution of complex, high-performance projects nationwide for Dolphin Enterprise. Driven by a passion for social development, she also pioneered the Sports Infrastructure Division to make quality sports facilities accessible at the grassroots level, making positive change a core part of the company's mission. 

 Ms. Manju Hakhoo brings a deep passion for technology, innovation, and strategic growth to her role as CFO at Dolphin Enterprise. Her forward-thinking approach has played a pivotal role in helping the company stay ahead of industry trends and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Recognizing a major gap in the unorganized waterproofing service sector, she identified the need for a professional, reliable, and process-driven player. While manufacturers offered high-quality products, dependable application services were lacking. Under her leadership, Dolphin Enterprise forged strong partnerships with leading global manufacturers to ensure consistent supply of world-class waterproofing and concrete protection products.

Ms. Hakhoo also spearheaded the development of a trained, in-house team of certified technicians, capable of handling complex applications with precision and professionalism. Her focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term vision has elevated Dolphin Enterprise as a trusted, organized force in the infrastructure protection industry.

Mr. Sanjay Goja, plays a key role in engaging with architects, consultants, and government officials to secure product specifications in large-scale infrastructure projects.

With extensive experience working in multinational companies on multi-million dollar projects, both in India and overseas, Mr. Goja brings a global perspective and deep industry knowledge. His successful collaborations across diverse geographies and government sectors have given him a strong command over technical compliance, project documentation, and specification strategies.

His vast network and professional credibility make him a trusted advisor to public and private stakeholders alike. At Dolphin, he ensures that our high-performance waterproofing, construction chemical, and sports infrastructure solutions are specified at the planning and design stage, enabling seamless execution and long-term value.

Ms. Bhawna Bhat leads the marketing, branding, and communication initiatives at Dolphin Enterprise, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s visibility and connection with its stakeholders. With a proven ability to build brands from scratch, she brings a powerful mix of strategic thinking and creative execution to every campaign.

She has worked extensively across India, gaining valuable insights into regional markets and consumer behavior. Her experience includes handling the branding and marketing strategies of Air Force Wives Welfare Association (AWWA) Major Stores in various capacities, further showcasing her versatility and leadership.

An expert in event planning and execution, Ms. Bhat has successfully hosted and managed a wide range of public and corporate events—adding another dimension to her dynamic skill set. Her passion for impactful communication, brand building, and community engagement makes her an integral part of Dolphin Enterprise’s growth and outreach efforts.

 Head – Operations, Waterproofing & Construction Chemicals, Dolphin Enterprise

Mr. Bharat Kumar brings over 20 years of experience in infrastructure planning, execution, and operations across India. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, his early career included managing factory operations and on-site infrastructure development, giving him a strong technical foundation.

He gained deep expertise in waterproofing and construction chemicals during his tenure as Sales Head – Western Region at IWL India Ltd., followed by key roles at STP Ltd. and Tikidan India, where he led large-scale project execution and advanced application techniques.

At Dolphin Enterprise, Mr. Kumar heads nationwide operations for the Construction Chemicals and Waterproofing Division, while also overseeing in-house installation teams for both Waterproofing and Sports Infrastructure. He ensures optimal logistics planning, resource management, timely execution, and quality assurance for every project.

His hands-on leadership and operational precision are central to Dolphin’s reputation for delivering technically sound, high-performance, and on-time solutions.

 With over 25 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry, Mr. Bownesh Bambroo is a seasoned sales leader known for driving growth and delivering results. Prior to entering the sports infrastructure space, he held senior positions at renowned companies like Somany Ceramics, Indo Asian, and Honeywell, where he built a strong foundation in product and project sales.

His move to sports infrastructure marked a turning point—spearheading large-scale projects across Western and Central India as Sales Head at Great Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. His success in executing mega sports projects strengthened his expertise and established strong industry networks.
